Expand your Skills

Skills Shows Skilled, Expertise, Professional AbilitiesAs the world of business continues to expand, you must be able to adapt and expand your skills. Whether it’s the latest technology, such as the I-Phone X or the newest crypo-currency such as BitCoin & Ripple, it is a “What have you done for me lately?’ business to where you can never rest on your past laurels, accolades, or investments; because your competition may have even better credentials.

How do you out-perform a constantly performing environment when your competitors have a similar skill set as you or your business?

Expand your skills! Period!

For instance, Nike has been the dominant sportswear apparel for some time and no other brand seem to be anywhere close to them. However, that didn’t stop Adidas from creating strategies to create new apparel fabrics and technology on women’s sportswear apparel, which forced Nike change it’s own strategy on women’s apparel.

Expand your skills!

If a Fortune 500 company like Nike can’t rest on their laurels, that means investors, executives, managers, and employees directed towards the company can’t either.

It’s trippy, but that’s competition.

It’s easy to sit and complain when things don’t work out how you planned; however, it doesn’t mean your competition is doing the same thing. Some investor, individual or business is out there expanding their skills to be the newest Microsoft or the next Bill Gates while others are out complaining on why it hasn’t worked out and I sure as hell don’t want to be that.

You can’t just be good anymore. You have to be Amazing.
